As an Associate, you will develop and build relationships with both senior talent and innovative companies. Associates drive growth through managing client relationships as well as attracting, recruiting, and screening executives for our searches. We aim to be at the center of the innovation economy by building a network of leaders, influencers, and investors in the industries we serve.

Associate, Research and Operations

In this role, you will be involved in supporting many aspects of our recruiting process, while gaining exposure to high growth industries in a team-based, collaborative environment. The Research Associate will have responsibilities centered on performing candidate and client research, as well as assisting in a variety of data, operations and administrative tasks.
